Steiff USA, the U.S. branch of the world’s premier manufacturer of high end toys and collectibles, came to PPWD to help improve their online BigCommerce store. PPWD immediately got to work on redesigning a new site using a custom-built theme with engaging visuals and a modernized user experience. With a significantly improved customer journey, Steiff USA greatly benefitted from a revamped digital presence that would end up becoming a major contributor to its success.
