Lovesac is a leader in the sectional furniture market with an eco-conscious philosophy on creating products Designed for Life. They were referred to PPWD by one of our long-term customers after LoveSac experienced a number of performance challenges as a result of a Magento/Adobe Commerce 2 upgrade.
The Result
Working closely in conjunction with both The LoveSac Team and the original Development Partner, PPWD was able to provide immediate triage support to address the most prominent issues. PPWD also performed a comprehensive codebase audit that was leveraged to enable a digital roadmap plan to address stability, security, and scalability in addition to improvements related to UI/UX, SEO, and Analytics.
